Smoky Mountain cabin with arcade & cinema

This 7-bedroom cabin in the Smoky Mountains sleeps up to 35 and is built for big groups who don't want to leave the house. Spend afternoons in the 16-machine arcade with racing simulators, catch a movie in the 15-person theater, then wind down in the fitness center's hot tub and sauna. A stone fireplace, three dining areas, and a fire pit round out a home made for reunions and getaways.

Burning Tree Ranch is a nearly 8,000-square-foot mountain estate on five wooded acres, with seven bedrooms, 27 beds, and 5.5 bathrooms sleeping up to 35 guests. Two staircases and two laundry rooms keep a big group moving without a bottleneck, and the vaulted, stone-fireplace great room with a wall of windows gives everyone a place to land together.

For entertainment, there's a 15-person home theater with an 85-inch screen and sound bar, and a game room with more than 16 arcade machines, including sit-down racing simulators. A detached fitness center adds a hot tub, sauna, and Peloton, and a parlor with billiards, poker, and chess tables gives the adults their own corner to unwind.

Kids have a loft of their own with air hockey, foosball, an arcade console, and five bunk beds with trundles. Three separate dining areas a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen with two tables, and covered outdoor seating mean feeding the whole group is never a squeeze.

Outside, a fire pit and a large lawn spread across the wooded five acres, with the subdivision's community pool and a stocked, catch-and-release pond open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It's a property built for a crowd who wants everything on-site game nights, movie nights, and quiet mornings, all in one place.

Please note that this cabin is accessed via a quarter mile of inclined, winding road that adds to the charm and seclusion of the property. While the road is well-maintained, they may not be suitable for those uncomfortable with mountain driving. During winter months, if snow or ice is in the forecast, we strongly recommend using vehicles equipped with four-wheel drive or tire chains for added safety. These precautions ensure you can fully enjoy your mountain retreat without concern.
